How do you practice?

18 Nov

When you “practice”, are you improving ? I think it is important to be more focused and structured, to make the most of your practice time. At the range, I see golfers that start out with a few wedges and then go right to their driver for the rest of the session, hitting ball after ball like a “machine gun”.

I believe that my next statement is universally true for golfers ! If you had a bad driving round yesterday, you can’t wait to get to the range, get that driver out and “find out” what the problem was. The eternal question is, do you accomplish anything if your answer to the problem is to be a ” machine gunner” at the practice range ?

In golf just as in life, sometimes you have to take a step back and look at reality. What is the most efficient way to practice? If you are a high handicapper and you don’t have a real plan to improve, you should reevaluate the way you practice.

We all know that golf is a hard game, especially if you are a beginner or a high handicapper. When you are out there playing, what “can” go wrong, probably “will” go wrong. If you have built your house with a sloppy foundation, you might want to consider rebuilding the foundation.

If you are serious about making a positive change in your golf swing, you should consider the Amazing Angle swing training system!

“Slow and deliberate” change is the way !
